Join Amanda’s online community classes
You are invited to join a small and dedicated group of students who meet every Monday or Tuesday for guided practice. Each month has a focus– the breathing technique, spinal action, postures and meditation all work together to create an effect. Over the course of the month, these threads develop to help you grow with each class. At the end of each month, join our discussion class to share, listen, and learn more about the techniques and principles of yoga explored that month. Can’t meet live? No problem. Every class is recorded.
